1. Check the oil level and replace the oil: Ensure that the oil level meets the indication on the dipstick, and replenish it to the standard amount in a timely manner if it is insufficient, but not exceeding the upper limit. Diesel engine oil needs to be replaced every 12 months, and the diesel filter element needs to be replaced simultaneously.
2. Check the cooling system and antifreeze: Ensure that there is sufficient water in the cooling water tank, fill it with clean fresh water, and avoid direct use of groundwater. During winter, it is necessary to prepare appropriate antifreeze according to the temperature and replace it every November.
3. Lubrication inspection: Remove the oil nozzle of the diesel engine circulating water pump and check if the internal lubricating grease is sufficient. If it is insufficient, use an oil gun to add it in a timely manner. It is recommended to conduct a lubrication inspection once a week.
4. Oil level check in the fuel tank: Ensure that the diesel fuel in the storage tank is sufficient and not less than 50% of the tank capacity. When refueling, be sure to remove moisture and impurities, and replace the diesel filter every 12 months.
5. Inspection of Three Leakage Phenomena: Regularly check the sealing condition of the oil and water pipe joints of the diesel water pump, and promptly repair any leaks found. Meanwhile, pay attention to the fastening and sealing condition of the exhaust pipe, cylinder gasket, and turbocharger.
6. Battery condition inspection: Observe whether the battery casing is intact and whether the positive and negative terminals are securely fastened. For wet batteries, it is also necessary to check the electrolyte level to ensure that it is within the appropriate range.
7. Inspection after long-term operation: After running for a period of time, check the muffler and exhaust pipe of the diesel water pump, remove carbon deposits to prevent sparks. At the same time, pay attention to the sealing condition of the water pump packing and replace it in a timely manner if necessary.
8. Inspection of accessory installation: Ensure that all accessories of the diesel engine pump are securely installed, and that the anchor bolts are tightly connected to the working machinery without looseness.
9. Inspection of transmission connecting plate: Regularly check whether the connecting bolts of the transmission connecting plate are loose, and tighten them in a timely manner if they are loose.
10. Cleaning the appearance of equipment and accessories: Regularly use a dry cloth or a cloth soaked in diesel oil to clean the surface oil stains, water, and dust of the machine body, cylinder head, air filter, etc. Use compressed air or fans to clean dust from components such as generators, radiators, fans, etc.
