4.Check the radiator water pipes and joints: The radiator water pipes and joints are the channels for the circulation of coolant. Their sealing and integrity are directly related to the heat dissipation effect. Check the condition of the water pipes and joints regularly to see if the water pipes are aging, cracked or deformed.
5.Monitor the coolant temperature and pressure: By monitoring the temperature and pressure of the coolant, the working state of the radiator can be indirectly judged. Under normal circumstances, the coolant temperature should be kept within the range specified by the manufacturer. Too high or too low may be a manifestation of radiator failure. At the same time, pay attention to check whether the coolant pressure is normal to prevent the radiator from breaking or leaking due to excessive pressure.
Regularly replace the coolant: After a period of use, the coolant will gradually lose its effectiveness due to heat absorption and may produce sediment. It is recommended to replace the coolant regularly according to the equipment manual or the cycle recommended by professional technicians to ensure its good heat dissipation performance.
