Precautions for installation of Huaquan generator:
1. The generator set should be installed smoothly, and a rubber shock absorber of no less than 2 centimeters should be installed under the fixed feet of the unit.
2. Diesel generator sets should be installed in areas with good ventilation, smooth heat dissipation, and no dust.
3. For the first use, the load must be at least 50% and not exceed 80%. After 60 hours of running in operation, it can be put into normal use.
4. The generator set is used normally at 80% of its rated power.
5. Mixing lubricating oils of different specifications is strictly prohibited.
6. In cold weather, antifreeze coolant should be used or all drain valves should be opened after shutting down to prevent the machine from freezing and cracking.
7. The starting battery of a diesel generator set needs to be checked regularly, usually once every 15 days.
8. Diesel generator sets require regular oil changes, typically every 200 hours of use.
9. The diesel generator set should not generate electricity for a long time. It is best to start the diesel generator set for more than 10 minutes within 15 days, and the diesel engine water temperature should reach 50 degrees Celsius or above.
